Accessing the Proposal Assistant

To start using the Proposal Assistant, follow these steps:

• Log In: Sign in to your account on our platform.

• Navigate to the Dashboard: Once logged in, you'll land on your dashboard.

• Click on "Proposal Assistant": Find and select the "Proposal Assistant" option from the navigation menu.

Step 1: Choose from Saved Contracts

1. Access Your Contracts

   • You’ll see a list of your saved contracts. These are the contracts you have previously saved with our AI search.

2. Select a Contract

   • Click on the contract you want to use as the foundation for your new proposal.

2. Create a Compliance Matrix

   • By selecting specific attachments, the system can generate a compliance matrix or relevant sections that need responses.

   • The system may display requirements extracted from your contract attachments.

   • For each requirement, write your proposed solution or approach. These responses will be incorporated into your proposal draft.

   • Once you have chosen your requirements and attachments, look for the "Create Proposal" button.
   • Clicking this button opens a dialog box, where you’ll finalize details before generation.

1. Enter a Proposal Name

   • In the dialog box, you’ll see a field for naming your proposal.
   • Provide a clear and descriptive title, such as "Construction Project Proposal – ABC Corp".

Step 6: Press "Generate Proposal" Button

   • Click "Generate Proposal" to have the Proposal Assistant compile your responses and contract details into a cohesive draft.

2. Wait for Generation

3. Review the Draft
